PERMITTED PAYMENTS

a)The Rent

b)A refundable tenancy deposit capped at no more than 5 weeks rent, but usually equivalent to 1 months' rent

c)A refundable Holding Deposit (to reserve a property) capped at no more than one weeks rent, but usually £100

d)Payments to change the tenancy when requested by the tenant, capped at £50 or reasonable costs incurred if higher

e)Payments associated with early termination of the tenancy, when requested by the tenant, £295, plus rent until another tenant moves in (NB Early Termination is at the Agents/Landlords discretion.)

f)Payments in respect of Utilities, communication services, TV Licence and Council Tax, payable to the relevant companies as per direct invoices

g)A default fee for late payment of rent, no more than 3% above the Bank of England base rate for each day that the payment has been outstanding

h)Cost of replacement of a lost key/security device, where required under the tenancy, Receipt to be provided by the agent.
