All of our properties are advertised on the large property portals 24 hours a day, 365 days a year including Rightmove, Findaproperty, Primelocation and in the property section of this website. This combined with advertising in the local property papers, high quality printed details and window cards displayed in our modern office you should have no problem in finding the house of your dreams.

Once you find a property you would like to buy and are ready to make an offer we will need to check a few things of behalf of the owner. We will check that your chain is complete (if you are selling a house) and check that funds are in place to enable you to proceed at the agreed price. If you will be requiring a mortgage and are looking for some independent advice we can recommend ‘The Mortgage Guy’ based locally in Plympton.

Once all the checks are made and both parties have instructed solicitors we will then keep all parties informed throughout the process right up until the day of completion.
